Switch Between Modes Standard Microphone and Acoustic Camera, move the acoustic beam across the image and compare how the audibility of different sound sources changes.
In Conventional Microphone mode, all surrounding sounds are heard at once. In Acoustic Camera mode, the system focuses on the selected area, amplifying the sound of the target source while reducing background noise. This makes it easier to pinpoint abnormal noise sources and detect mechanical faults, bearing wear, fan and electric motor issues, pipeline problems, and other equipment anomalies - even in noisy industrial environments.
Tip: Press ▶, switch to «NAC-SA Camera» and point the beam at any sound source to hear the difference.
